Responsibilities
Sample testing to be completed the same day. Quality to be maintained. Documentation of all sampling to be maintained. Preparations of volumetric solutions, general reagents, standards, indicators required for sample testing and record the same. Documentation of all sampling procedures to be maintained. cGMP/GDP guidelines to be followed. Work according to USFDA/ICQH7 guidelines. Any change control or deviation if filed for your dept, you need to ensure that the same has been recorded as well. Calibrations of instruments periodically. Stability study performing and maintaining the records. Maintaining the temperature and humidity record for stability and control sample room. Preparation of new MOA’s and new SOP’s. To follow SOP&/MOA and working accordingly. Reviewing of cleanliness for labs and instruments/equipment's done by lab assistant.
