Role Overview
As a Sales Coordinator at Katha, you’ll act as the operational backbone of the sales team—managing communication, documentation, lead tracking, and post-sales coordination. You will help ensure client campaigns move from pitch to execution seamlessly, while also contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate between internal teams (media, design, operations) and sales managers to execute campaigns on time.
● Maintain CRM and track leads, proposals, and follow-ups.
● Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and campaign summaries in coordination with the sales team.
● Support onboarding of new clients, including documentation, rate cards, and approvals.
● Handle scheduling, calls, and meeting follow-ups for the sales leadership.
● Compile sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance dashboards.
● Ensure accurate documentation of campaign deliverables, revisions, and client feedback.
● Communicate with clients for basic coordination, updates, and feedback when needed.
● Assist in market research and partner profiling for business development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
● 1–3 years’ experience in sales coordination/client servicing/operations in media, digital, or advertising.
● Strong organizational and communication skills.
● Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
● Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a can-do attitude.
● Experience in a media agency, ad tech platform, or branding agency is preferable.
● Exposure to advertising operations, digital campaign tracking, or sales analytics is preferable.
