Job Description

Coordinate with clients to understand packaging requirements and provide timely responses to inquiries.
Prepare and share quotations based on client specifications in coordination with the pricing and production teams.
Follow up on quotations, convert inquiries to orders, and process sales orders in the system.
Act as a liaison between the customer and the production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Maintain and update customer databases, order logs, and sales reports regularly.
Track order status, ensure on-time deliveries, and handle post-sales support or complaints if any.
Coordinate with the design team for artwork approvals and printing files.
Assist the Sales Manager in preparing monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
Monitor stock levels for key packaging SKUs (if applicable) and inform clients accordingly.
Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on payments with clients in collaboration with the accounts team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,622.14 - ₹35,352.22 per month
