Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Delhi or Noida

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Director

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders. This role is vital in maintaining smooth operations and enhancing customer satisfaction in the fast-paced transport and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support: o Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts. o Daily report and update their DSR to Management o Update and maintain sales documentation, including quotes, invoices, and client records.

2. Client Coordination: o Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing information about services and resolving issues promptly. o Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

3. Order Management: o Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the timely execution of orders. o Track shipments and provide updates to clients and the sales team.

4. Reporting & Analysis: o Prepare sales performance reports and share insights with the sales team. o Monitor KPIs, client feedback, and market trends to suggest improvements.

5. Administrative Duties: o Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. o Organize and schedule meetings, sales calls, and training sessions. 6. Collaboration: o Liaise with other departments, such as operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery. o Assist in marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and client outreach programs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. • Experience: 2-5 years in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in transport and logistics. • Skills: o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. o Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,288.25 - ₹31,252.81 per month
