Job Title : Sales Coordinator (Backend Support & Client Communication)

Location : Noida

Experience : 1 to 3 years

Working Days : Monday - Saturday (1st Sat is WFH / 3rd Sat is off)

About the Role

We are looking for a female candidate with excellent communication skills, strong working knowledge of Excel, Canva, and a professional personality to support our Sales Team. The role involves backend coordination, preparing proposals & reports, managing follow-ups, supporting fictional/internal meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients. This is a growth-oriented role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Coordinate with the sales team on daily tasks, follow-ups, schedules, and internal communication.
  • Help in organising and supporting internal/external meetings (including documentation & minutes).
  • Maintain sales pipeline updates and support CRM entries.

2. Proposal, Presentation & Creative Support

  • Create visually appealing presentations, proposals, PDF decks, and pitch materials using Canva & PowerPoint.
  • Format and design client-ready documents as per branding guidelines.

3. Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain Excel-based daily/weekly reports, MIS sheets, and performance trackers.
  • Manage data: formulas, formatting, dashboard structuring, and error-free reporting.

4. Communication & Coordination

  • Handle basic client follow-ups, meeting confirmation, and sales communication.
  • Act as a professional bridge between the sales team and internal departments (creative, performance, content, etc.).

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data tracking).
  • Good working knowledge of Canva.
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
  • Professional appearance, confidence, and pleasant personality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines.

Preferred Qualities

  • Highly organized and detail-focused.
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive approach.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced agency environment.

Education

Graduate in any stream (preferably BBA, B.Com, Mass Communication, or similar).
