Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Operation Coordinator to oversee and streamline sales operations for our Kolkata office. This role will act as a link between the sales team, customers, logistics, and accounts to ensure seamless execution of the entire sales processfrom inquiry to order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily sales operations and ensure timely execution of customer orders.

Manage and update customer records, sales trackers, and MIS reports.

Handle order processing, quotations, invoices, and follow-up on payments.

Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate dispatch and delivery.

Monitor stock levels, product availability, and communicate updates to the sales team.

Assist in preparing sales forecasts, monthly reports, and management dashboards.

Ensure smooth internal coordination between sales, accounts, and supply chain teams.

Provide post-sales support and handle customer escalations effectively.

Support the sales team in proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups.

Contribute to improving sales processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in sales coordination / operations / back-office sales.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and exposure to ERP/CRM tools.

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
