Position Overview: Elder Equipment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Coordinator to lead and coordinate our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals, and driving the achievement of revenue targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, in collaboration with the executive team, to drive business growth and market expansion. Team Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to the executive team for informed decision-making. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and threats. Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to the sales team, fostering continuous improvement and skill development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Experience in industrial equipment sales is a plus. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
