Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at CRYOPDP, your role will involve supporting the sales team in the cold chain industry. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential and existing customers. - Coordinating with the sales team to track sales performance, monitor targets, and provide necessary reports. - Preparing and maintaining detailed records of sales activities, customer inquiries, and product orders. - Participating in an online bidding platform with maximum query closure. Furthermore, you will be required to: - Follow up with customers to confirm orders, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain regular communication with customers for incremental business. - Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries or issues regarding orders, product availability, and shipments. - Provide product information, pricing details, and promotional material to customers as needed. - Maintain and update customer databases in CRM systems to ensure accurate records and efficient tracking. - Prepare regular sales reports for management, summarizing key performance metrics. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in any stream. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales processes, regulatory standards, and product knowledge is a plus. Your language skills should include proficiency in English, Hindi, or any other regional language, which will be an added advantage. Additionally, you should possess the following specific experience and knowledge: - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and industry trends is an advantage. Interpersonal skills are essential for this role, and you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with CRM and sales management software, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and a detail-oriented focus on customer satisfaction are also required.,
