Role Description

KRA for Logistics


1. To manage purchase orders and arrange for their dispatch from the supplier's end to meet the needs.

2. To plan timely dispatch and do religious tracking of the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.

3. Following up with suppliers and Customers over calls/emails/messages.

4. With communication skills, verbal and written, create a bridge between all Stakeholders, to achieve the goals and mutual satisfaction.

5. Maintaining proper records of warehouse stock and executed orders.

6. Prepare accurate Excel reports for senior management.


KRA for Sales


Consistently meet assigned tasks:

1. Timely preparation and submission of quotations for customers.

2. Actively engage in discussions with customers to secure orders.

3. Follow up on inquiries and orders through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly.

4. Obtain rates from suppliers and negotiate effectively to ensure competitive pricing for customers.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention:

1. Initiate and maintain regular communication with clients via messages, cold calling, and other appropriate channels.

2. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

3. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients.


• Stay informed and analyze the information being provided:

1. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

2. Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

3. Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions and develop effective sales strategies.

4. Collaborate with internal teams and support other team members:

5. Coordinate closely with internal departments such as other sales team , logistics and payments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

6. Provide assistance and support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and cohesive team environment.


• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation:

1. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to sales activities.

2. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, quotations, customer communications, and other relevant documentation.

3. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and analysis:

4. Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets and objectives.

5. Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to improve performance and achieve targets.


• Gather feedback and implement measures for enhanced satisfaction:

1. Solicit feedback from customers on products, services, and overall experience.

2. Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Proactively address customer complaints and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience
