Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and

    suppliers

    to enhance service quality.
  • Purchase Co-ordination

    : Coordinate with internal stakeholders like supply chain team / procurement team, pick up SCM issues like shortage of stocks and solve with collaboration.
  • Managing the requirements of all global suppliers / principals on top priority and align with business.
  • Prepare and manage

    business reports, sales forecasts,

    and customer transaction records.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer queries and requests.
  • Assist in defining sales targets and objectives for key customers.
  • Track and support the achievement of customer-focused sales goals.
  • Monitor business performance against customer targets.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities

    to support decision-making.
  • Organize business review meetings, technical training sessions, and other customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide customers with the necessary technical and operational support.
  • Identify gaps in the product/service portfolio and assist in onboarding new customers.
  • Support initiatives to enhance customer offerings and increase market penetration.
  • Conduct

    import data analysis

    , market mapping, and competitor evaluation to provide insights to the sales team.
  • Assist in strategic planning to align with market trends and customer needs.
  • Provide administrative and transactional support to the sales team, customers, and product managers.
  • Ensure smooth execution of daily sales operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team development and leadership skills
