Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Performs operational activities based on general guidelines and aimed at achieving short-term objectives. Employee has theoretical knowledge of the job area or extensive experience within the job area. Activities require own interpretation and analysis and can be slightly divergent from usual way of working.

• Processing sales orders & invoices in JD Edwards software 

• Attend to customer enquiries, logistics issues and complaints. 

• Informing dispatch details of the order and keep a track of delivery, customer portal  

updates 

• Preparing Proforma Invoice 

• Working in co-ordination with the Sales Team, Ware house and Finance team 

• Working on various reports related to sales orders, inventory 

Competencies Must have

A. Bachelor’s degree 

B. Minimum 2-3 years of similar working experiences 

C. Fluency in spoken and written English. 

D. Possess strong MS Office skills. 

E. Knowledge of JD Edward’s or Oracle application software is must.
