About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails.
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer queries.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
• Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude when interacting with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is a plus (freshers can apply).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good problem-solving abilities and active listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in voice, chat, or email support.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices and KPIs.
• Multilingual ability (if applicable to the role).
