Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant in the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Conducting client meetings to understand their IT requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and preparing tailored sales proposals, quotations, and presentations will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a deep understanding of IT products, software, hardware, and service offerings. - Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver product demonstrations and solutions to clients. - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide support during implementation. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Keep detailed CRM records of client interactions, proposals, and pipeline status. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Consultant. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets. - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
