Sales Consultant/Team Leader (IT)

• Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their IT requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s IT products, software, hardware, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver product demonstrations and solutions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and support implementation where necessary.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of client interactions, proposals, and pipeline status.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
