Qualifications: -Mechnical Engineer (Diploma or Degree) or MBA in Marketing - Candidates residing in western part of Mumbai and the Central region like CST to Thane will be prefered -Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving targets. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions. - Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - A degree in Mechanical field is preferred but not mandatory. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. 9. Attend industry-related events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and develop professional relationships. 10. Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly. 12. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, offering insights for future strategies.
