Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and attending industry events.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase the benefits and features of our solutions.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by management.- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and inform strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving results.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
