Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

MadeComfy by OYO is seeking a Sales Representative - International Geography focused on the Australian market. The ideal candidate will bring international sales expertise, drive, and passion to help fuel our growth in one of the world's fastest-growing short-term rental sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Acquisition & Management:
    Manage inbound leads from the Australian market, conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, and nurture those relationships for conversion.
  • International Client Consulting:
    Deliver property appraisals and tailored presentations to property owners, investors, and real estate partners, showcasing the value of MadeComfy's end-to-end management services for clients abroad.
  • Pipeline Development:
    Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline with new and existing partners, utilizing proactive outreach to expand MadeComfy's presence in the Australian region.
  • Sales Delivery:
    Achieve and exceed sales targets specific to the Australian geography, handling the full sales cycle from lead qualification through deal closure.
  • Collaboration Across Borders:
    Coordinate with cross-functional teams Property Onboarding, Operations, Client Success, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Foster strong relationships internally and with international stakeholders, adapting strategies to meet the needs of clients operating across regions.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Consistently meet or surpass KPIs, including new property acquisitions, conversion rates, weekly call and meeting targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in sales roles focused on international markets, preferably with the Australian property or real estate sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to international audiences.
  • Strong organizational abilities and aptitude for building lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly in cross-cultural or international settings.
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
