We are hiring for the position of Marketing Executive! Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Role & Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services across multiple platforms. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Assist in the creation of engaging content for marketing collateral such as brochures, emails, social media posts, and blogs. Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising for maximum ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, brand initiatives, and promotional events. Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including customers, partners, and vendors. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative and effective. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Prior experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to digital marketing. Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal. Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms. Creative thinker with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
