Position: Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will act as a key support resource for the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and clients. The role involves handling administrative tasks, preparing sales documents, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records, databases, and CRM systems.
• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, payments, and after-sales support.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
• Support marketing and promotional activities related to sales.
• Act as a point of contact between the sales team and other internal departments (logistics, finance, customer service, etc.).
• Handle routine communication with clients and respond to basic inquiries.
• Track sales performance metrics and assist management in data analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or similar role (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
