Job Title: Up work Bidder cum Business Development Executive Location: Aerovista, Airport Road, Mohali About the Role: We are looking for a well-spoken, confident, and tech-savvy Male or Female Executive to join our team at Aerovista, Mohali. The primary focus of the role is to bid and secure projects via Upwork and other freelance platforms, specifically in Digital Marketing, AI and IT Services. The role will also support front-desk operations, client engagement, and social media outreach. Key Responsibilities: Freelance Bidding (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.): Identify and bid on suitable projects aligned with the company’s services. Write customised proposals that reflect an understanding of client needs. Handle communications, follow-ups, and conversions of leads into projects. Maintain a structured daily bidding plan and reporting. Client Communication & Cold Calling: Engage confidently with clients and prospects over calls, WhatsApp, or messages in both English and Hindi. Business Meeting Coordination: Send professional DMs, WhatsApp, and emails to arrange virtual/in-person meetings and explore potential partnerships or alliances. Social Media Marketing: Support in creating and posting content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), while monitoring performance and engagement. Influencer Outreach: Identify and reach out to relevant influencers for potential collaborations, partnerships, and brand promotion opportunities. Digital & AI Tools Proficiency: Leverage digital marketing platforms, basic AI tools, and IT applications to support business development efforts. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain clear records of bids, communications, meetings and follow-ups. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management review. Reception & Front Desk Support: Attend to walk-ins, calls, and basic office coordination courteously and professionally. Eligibility Criteria: Gender: Male/Female Education: Graduate (Preferably in IT, Business, Marketing or related fields) Experience:Prior experience in Upwork bidding or freelancing platforms is preferred Familiarity with digital marketing and social media handling is desirable Client Communication & Cold Calling Skills & Tools: Strong written and verbal communication in English Comfortable with Social Media platforms, Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM tools Basic understanding of digital campaigns, and AI-based tools Key Attributes: Smart, sharp, and quick learner High IQ and excellent interpersonal skills Self-driven, result-oriented, and persistent Professional attitude with a strong work ethic Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities Eager to learn and grow within the organisation Why Join Us?
