Responsibilities: · Assist the sales team by providing administrative support, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation. · Handle inquiries from customers, address complaints, and provide updates on orders or product availability. · Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments for order fulfilment. · Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems Requisite Skills: · Strong Verbal communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). · Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. · Experience with ERP/CRM systems (preferred).
