About the Role:

Sales & Client Account Manager

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, strong networking abilities, and a consultative approach to account management, especially within the HR, Recruitment, IT, or B2B services domain.


Location: Vadodara


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, online platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.), and market intelligence.
  • Generate qualified leads via cold calling, emailing, social media, and attending relevant events.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, nurturing prospects from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to target decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions from the company’s service portfolio.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue potential.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Reporting & Market Intelligence:

  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation, prospecting activities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the Sales Head.


Desired Profile & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or account management (HR/Staffing/IT services preferred).
  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing B2B deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
  • Strong networking abilities and confident in approaching new clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
