Business Growth Champ (In-Office, Full-Time – Ahmedabad)

We are looking for a Business Growth Champ with 2 - 6 years of agency experience to join our team in Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad. This role is client-facing, results-driven, and designed for someone who wants to grow with us, not just work for us.


Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Take full ownership of acquiring new clients using any outreach channel you’re skilled at — whether that’s LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls, or networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery calls → pitching → closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.


Client Communication & Relationship Building

  • Confidently lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches to their needs, and build long-term trust.


Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the Founder and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of new projects.
  • Share feedback from prospects to help improve our offerings and pitches.


Requirements

  • Experience

    : 2–6 years in a digital marketing agency in business development/client acquisition.
  • Track Record

    : Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance and digital marketing).
  • Outreach Skills

    : Familiar with multiple outreach channels (LinkedIn, cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
  • Communication

    : Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education

    : Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  • Worked with international clients (UAE, Asia, US)


What We Offer

  • Salary Range:

    ₹40,000 – ₹80,000/month (based on experience) + success bonuses on closed deals.
