Senior Graphic Designer

Full-Time, On-site, On-Payroll with Outdo (Dedicated to StockGro)

Outdo is a leading digital marketing agency based in Ahmedabad, specializing in providing innovative marketing solutions to diverse clients. We want to expand our team by hiring talented video editors who will work on our payroll but be dedicated resources for StockGro, a rapidly growing finance-related platform. The selected candidates will work from StockGro’s office, collaborating closely with their team to create high-quality video content.

StockGro is a pioneering Social Investment Platform empowering millions of users to learn and master trading strategies through a unique blend of Social Investing and gamified learning experiences.

With a vision to make 400 million Indian millennials investment-ready, StockGro enables users to engage with top fund managers, F&O traders, and algo traders in a collaborative environment.

Founded in January 2020 by Ajay Lakhotia, a former venture capitalist, StockGro is well-funded, having recently closed a significant Pre-Series A fundraise. The platform is backed by prominent investors such as Roots Ventures, Velo Partners, and Creed Capital, as well as angel investors like Kunal Shah, Vivekananda Hallekere, and Rahul Garg. The team includes experienced professionals from Sequoia, Swiggy, Glance, Airtel, Uber, and other leading institutions, driven by the mission to create an investment-savvy millennial generation.

• Develop and create designs for marketing materials, including but not limited to website graphics, social media creatives, print collateral, presentations, and infographics.
• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with the company’s brand voice and visual identity.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide design recommendations, and deliver high-quality design assets on time.
• Stay updated with design trends, best practices, AI-driven design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure StockGro’s visual brand remains competitive and relevant.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and design quality.
• Support UI/UX tasks when required, ensuring consistency in user interfaces and user experience across digital assets.

• Photoshop
• Illustrator

• Adobe XD
• Knowledge of AI-based tools (e.g., MidJourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT plugins) will be preferred

• 5+ years of experience

  as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver on time.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables effectively.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is an advantage.

• Assignment: Candidates may be asked to do a design task to demonstrate skills and creativity.
• Interview: Final interview with StockGro.

• This is strictly an onsite role — remote work is not permitted.
• The selected candidate will be employed directly by StockGro and required to work exclusively from StockGro’s Ahmedabad office.
