Senior Graphic Designer – DTP & Production Location: Bhiwandi Experience: 3–8 Years Industry: Gifting, Printing, Packaging, Branding Job Summary: The Senior Graphic Designer – DTP will be responsible for creating high-quality designs and preparing print-ready files for customized gifting, packaging, branding, and marketing materials. This role requires strong technical DTP expertise, hands-on printing knowledge, and close coordination with production teams to ensure flawless execution aligned with TPIF’s premium standards. Key Responsibilities: Design & DTP Execution, Create designs for customized gifting products, packaging, boxes, tags, labels, and brand collaterals. Prepare accurate print-ready DTP files with correct sizes, bleed, color modes (CMYK/RGB), die-lines, and finishing instructions. Ensure error-free outputs for bulk and customized orders. Printing & Production Coordination Coordinate with production teams for laser, UV, DTF, screen, sublimation, and digital printing. Understand material limitations and design accordingly (MDF, acrylic, paper, fabric, vinyl, glass, metal, etc.). Troubleshoot color mismatches, print defects, alignment issues, and machine constraints. Quality Control Conduct pre-print and post-print quality checks. Maintain consistency across different machines, vendors, and batches. Ensure adherence to TPIF’s premium quality standards. Marketing & Brand Support Support marketing designs such as product catalogues, social media creatives, packaging inserts, and promotional material. Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs. Team & Process Support Guide junior designers and DTP operators. Coordinate with vendors and external printers when required. Maintain organized design archives, mockups, and production specifications. Required Skills & Expertise Strong expertise in DTP & print production Corel DRAW (mandatory) Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (preferred) Hands-on experience with: Screen Printing DTF (Direct-to-Film / Direct-to-Digital) UV Printing Laser Printing Sublimation Printing Knowledge of GSM selection, lamination, foiling, embossing, die-cuts, and finishing Strong eye for design aesthetics and detail Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Eligibility Criteria 5+ years of experience in printing, packaging, gifting, or branding industry Prior experience with print houses or production units preferred Knowledge of local vendors and printing markets (Bhiwandi / Thane) is an advantage Strong coordination and communication skills What TPIF Offers: Opportunity to work with a fast-growing premium gifting brand Exposure to diverse printing technologies and customization projects Creative yet execution-driven work environment Long-term growth and leadership opportunities
