Sales Business Development

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities for cloud services and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Outstanding customer service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
• Proficiency in lead generation techniques and ability to develop a sales pipeline

Preferred Skills :

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in cloud services / IT services / SaaS.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
• Experience in conducting in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP or SaaS.
• Experience selling IT services, managed services, or cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam (any one or more) is mandatory.
