About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer – Client Conversion & Business Development, a hybrid role for someone who is strong in both design + client closures.This role is ideal for a designer who understands luxury residential design, can interact confidently with clients, and can convert inquiries into confirmed high-value projectsYou will participate in client meetings, present design intent, prepare proposals, and ensure successful conversion from lead stage to sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Lead Management

• Engage with warm leads generated through marketing, referrals, events, and networks.• Understand client requirements—site conditions, materials, space planning, measurements, budget.• Provide design insights, solutions, and broad feasibility to build client confidence.• Conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and detailed client discussions.• Build trusted and long-term relationships throughout the pre-sales cycle.

2. Design Presentations & Pre-Sales

• Prepare concept presentations, space plans, and material boards.• Develop proposals, BOQs, and feasibility assessments.• Confidently present solutions that reflect luxury, practicality, and accurate pricing.• Align with internal teams to ensure deliverables presented to the client are technically sound.

3. Business Development & Conversion

• Drive the full pre-sales cycle from lead to closure.• Achieve monthly and quarterly conversion targets for luxury turnkey projects.• Leverage existing networks of architects, realtors, developers, and HNIs to bring new business.• Track lead progress, competition analysis, and client feedback to improve win rate.

4. Internal Project Coordination

• Work with Principal Designers after project onboarding for smooth handover.• Coordinate with marketing for content and lead insights.• Share client requirements, blockers, and updates with the Founder.• Maintain CRMs, reporting sheets, and sales pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in Interior Design / Architecture (residential required).• Strong understanding of luxury materials, execution quality, layouts & detailing.• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• Ability to explain design intent, pricing logic, and execution approach.• Experience handling HNI clients and premium residential projects.• Strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to build rapport with clients.• A result-driven mindset with the ability to meet monthly closure expectations.• Existing industry network in Delhi NCR is an advantage.
