Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager, based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves generating and managing leads, developing and maintaining partnerships, and achieving sales targets for Strata’s programs. The candidate will identify growth opportunities, pitch to prospective partners and businesses, and deliver sales and revenue growth. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing, product, and leadership teams to implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention. What you’ll do • Reach out to cold data, follow up consistently, and convert qualified leads • Nurture prospects through clear communication and relationship-building • Handle program counselling calls, meetings, and basic admission guidance • Work on marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and offline events • Maintain CRM sheets, track performance, and prepare daily reports • Support the admissions team and help Strata meet monthly targets What you bring • Experience in education sales and marketing (EdTech, institutes, coaching centres, or similar) • Strong background in sales, business development, or account management • Comfort with market research, planning, and basic strategy • Good negotiation ability and strong relationship management skills • Clear communication and confidence while speaking with new leads • Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and education programs is a strong advantage • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently on-site in Navi Mumbai • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
