Job Description

Were seeking dynamic professionals with up to 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in BFSI, fintech, or tech-driven domains
This role demands strong relationship-building skills, consultative selling, and the ability to communicate effectively in native languages to engage grassroots financial institutions
Key Responsibilities Drive business growth by onboarding cooperative banks and credit societies Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demos across assigned regions
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Customize pitches and solutions based on client needs and regional nuances
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction
Track sales metrics, maintain CRM records, and report progress regularly
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
