Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, building partnerships with temples and vendors, managing customer acquisition, and leading a sales team to achieve business targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and temple partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities in pooja services and spiritual tourism.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Handle client negotiations, contracts, and closing deals effectively.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations when required.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience (experience in e-commerce, Spiritual Mindset, or service industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and deliver under pressure.
  • Understanding of Indian culture, festivals, and pooja rituals is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
