Sales & Business Development Manager

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for generating API sales revenue, business development, managing clients in the specific region assigned, growing the business, building a team, and developing regional business. Your main challenge will be to ensure profitable growth in sales revenue through planning, execution, and team management. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region. - Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals. - Develop regional strategy and budget exercises. - Conduct business development activities for the growth of the region. - Achieve the Annual Budget target. - Implement appropriate market entry strategies and align organizational resources accordingly. - Ensure effective execution of the assigned region. - Implement pricing and market strategies, with a focus on direct contact with decision-makers of major regional companies. - Identify new molecules for launch in the US Market. - Increase market share of existing products and qualify as a source with potential customers for existing and new products. - Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals. - Review and analyze regional business to identify growth opportunities. - Develop specific plans to ensure growth in both the long term and short term. - Manage receivables and coordinate with the SCM team for effective distribution management. - Maintain receivables within budgeted norms or as per KRA.
