Jubilant Pharmova Limited Jubilant Pharmova Limited (formerly Jubilant Life Sciences Limited) is a company with global presence that is involved in Radiopharma, Allergy Immunotherapy, CDMO Sterile Injectables, Contract Research Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CRDMO), Generics and Proprietary Novel Drugs businesses. In the Radiopharma business, the Company is involved in manufacturing and supply of Radiopharmaceuticals with a network of 46 radio-pharmacies in the US. The Company’s Allergy Immunotherapy business is involved in the manufacturing and supply of allergic extracts and venom products in the US and in some other markets such as Canada, Europe and Australia. The Position Organization- Jubilant Pharmova Limited Designation - Analyst – Investor Relation Location- Noida Job Summary: Role will support the Investor Relations team in managing communications between the company and its investors. This role involves analysing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in the development of investor presentations . Key Responsibilities. Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support investor relations activities. Monitor and analyse competitor investor relations activities, market dynamics, and trends to inform strategic planning and positioning. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, investor presentations, and other communication materials Maintain and update investor databases and contact lists. Manage investor inquiries and provide accurate and timely information. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements. Person Profile . Qualification - MBA/ CPA, CFA, or CMA. Experience – 4-6 Years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, Must Have - Strong understanding of financial statements and market data. Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to prepare detailed reports and investor materials. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with investor relations software and databases.
