As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic professional to bootstrap and lead our Sales and Marketing efforts from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role where you will set the foundation, define processes, and drive results across customer acquisition, partnerships, and brand growth.

Role Overview

Sales & Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify, reach out, and build relationships with potential customers, partners, and key accounts.
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, and offline as needed).
  • Set up sales processes, CRM tools, and reporting frameworks from scratch.
  • Craft compelling sales materials, pitch decks, and proposals.
  • Analyse customer feedback, market trends, and competitors to refine positioning.
  • Collaborate with product and leadership teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Lay the foundation to scale the sales & marketing department—hire, train, and manage future team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing (startup/early-stage experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, content, and paid campaigns.
  • Hands-on with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in selling services (consulting), and SaaS products.
  • Existing network or connections relevant to our target market.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team.
