Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities for solar PV installation (rooftop/ground-mounted). Ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, and technical specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for smooth execution. Oversee workforce allocation, attendance, and productivity. Monitor and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Track material usage and ensure availability of tools, equipment, and resources. Maintain daily site records, reports, and progress updates. Conduct inspections and resolve on-site technical issues promptly. Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders when required. Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects.
No cold calling is there as You will be provided with the hands on data for calling. You will be explaining the customers the actual benefits of the solar system which is partially sponsored by govt bodies and clients will be already interested for you product. Maintaining the data on excel and your day to day tasks. 9 to 5 lucrative shift timings with no sales targets and with all the perks you would not have imagined. You should be equipped with Basic knowledge of english and excel.
