About the Role

dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients in India.
• Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with operations and purchase teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate client data and sales pipeline in CRM for transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Education

  : Graduate degree (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc or equivalent)

  with a strong background in Polymers/Plastics (technical knowledge preferred)

  .

• Experience

  :

  Minimum 2 years and maximum 7 years

  in Sales/Business Development within the

  Polymers, Plastics, or Chemicals sector

  .
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of recycled polymers (rPP, rPET, rHDPE, rLDPE & rLLDPE).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets (must highlight results in CV).
• Integrity and commitment to compliance (must clear background verification during recruitment).
