About the Role

Sales & Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients in India & overseas.
  • Manage existing accounts and ensure repeat business.
  • Develop market strategies to increase revenue and visibility.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with operations and purchase teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate client data in CRM for transparency.


Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification:

    Graduate degree (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc/Equivalent). MBA preferred.
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    3+ years in Sales/Business Development

    (Polymers, Plastics, or Chemicals sector).
  • Strong knowledge of

    recycled polymers

    (rPP, rPET, rHDPE, rLDPE & rLLDPE).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Proven sales record

    with measurable results (must highlight in CV).
  • Must clear

    background verification

    during recruitment.
