Sales & Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Identify potential corporate clients, event planners, and institutions requiring bulk gifting solutions.
  • Conduct market research and reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and networking.
  • Develop strategies to explore untapped markets and generate revenue growth.


2. Client Engagement & Account Management:

  • Pitch and present customized gifting solutions to clients.
  • Manage client accounts, prepare proposals, and ensure timely project execution.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners


3. Sales & Negotiation:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Handle pricing, negotiation, and contract discussions with clients.


4. Coordination & Brand Promotion:


  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations) for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Participate in corporate events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to promote our brand.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve offerings based on client needs.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience:

    0–2 years in Sales/Business Development (corporate gifting experience is an added advantage).
  • Skills:

    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Lead generation, account management, and client relationship-building expertise.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
  • Languages:

    Hindi & English proficiency.
  • Work Mode:

    Full-time,

    Onsite (Jaipur)
