The candidate must be skilled in using design software, AI tools, and content creation platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Plan, create, and post engaging content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and improve engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and queries professionally. Digital Design & Video Editing: Design high-quality graphics, banners, and marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, Corel DRAW, Illustrator, etc. Create and edit videos for social media using video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Fillmore, etc. Ensure brand consistency in all digital designs. AI & Digital Tools Utilization: Utilize AI-based tools for content creation, video editing, and marketing automation. Stay updated with emerging AI trends and digital marketing techniques. Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales. Optimize content for SEO and digital advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Collaborate with the team to strategize marketing initiatives. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Minimum 12th pass with relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or Video Editing preferred. Software Proficiency: Canva, Photoshop, Corel DRAW, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, and other digital design tools. Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English (reading, writing, and speaking). Creativity & Innovation: Strong eye for design, color, and aesthetics. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO basics, and digital marketing tools. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Other Requirements: Work Mode: Full-time, work from office (Jaipur). Experience: 0-2 years in digital marketing, designing, and video editing (Freshers with skills can apply). Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or Video Editing certifications are a plus. Experience: 0–2 years in digital marketing/designing (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome). Technical Skills: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora. Languages: Hindi & English proficiency (written and spoken).
