Role Overview As a Sales Business Development Executive at KALALAK, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, prospecting and qualifying leads, managing client accounts, and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients. Your role will also involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass targets, collaborating closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities - Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking - Prospect and qualify leads to identify potential clients - Manage client accounts effectively to drive revenue growth - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets - Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention Qualifications - Proficient in New Business Development and Lead Generation - Strong Business and Account Management skills - Excellent Communication skills - Demonstrated experience in sales and business development - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Familiarity with the creative and digital marketing industry is a plus,
