Job Title: Inside Sales/Business Development Location: Delhi Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years preferred Industry: Technology About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth by engaging with leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals—entirely through digital channels (calls, emails, and video meetings). Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and online platforms. Qualify prospects through structured discovery calls and needs analysis. Present product demos, value propositions, and pricing clearly to potential customers. Manage and update CRM with accurate customer and pipeline data. Follow up on campaigns and warm leads. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide feedback from prospects to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement. Handle objections effectively and maintain a consultative approach throughout the sales process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C inside sales or tele-sales roles. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot,zoho). Tech-savvy with a good understanding of virtual selling tools (Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.).
