About the Role

Appointment Setter & Sales Specialist


This is not cold prospecting — you’ll be provided with a strong pipeline of leads. Your job is to professionally engage them, build trust, and secure appointments that lead to closed deals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads provided by the company.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with North American SMB clients.
  • Follow up consistently via phone, email, and SMS to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM systems to track lead progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize messaging and appointment-setting strategies.
  • Meet and exceed weekly targets for scheduled appointments and show-up rates.


Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven Appointment Setting / Sales Experience

    : At least 2+ years in appointment setting, inside sales, or lead conversion.
  • Excellent English (Written & Verbal)

    : Strong communication skills to connect with North American clients confidently.
  • Follow-Up Expertise

    : Skilled at nurturing leads through consistent follow-up across multiple channels.
  • Target-Driven

    : Track record of hitting and surpassing performance goals.
  • CRM Experience

    : Comfortable managing and updating leads within CRM systems.
