Key Responsibilities

  • Email Outreach Campaigns:

    Develop, launch, and manage multi-step cold email campaigns using platforms like Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Google Workspace , Outlook or similar tools.

  • Inboxing & Deliverability:

    Set up and warm new email domains, ensure bulk emails are delivered to inboxes, and follow best practices to avoid spam flags.

  • Personalized Copywriting:

    Write compelling, highly personalized email copy that engages prospects, builds rapport, and encourages responses. Test subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action for optimal performance.

  • Appointment Setting:

    Qualify inbound replies and schedule discovery calls or meetings for the sales team.

  • Performance Tracking:

    Track key metrics including open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked, and provide regular performance reports.

  • Database Management:

    Maintain a clean, organized CRM database of leads and outreach activity.

  • Qualifications & Skills (Must-Haves)

    • Proven experience in

      B2B cold email outreach, lead generation, or client acquisition

      , with a track record of successfully booking meetings.

    • Experience sending

      bulk outbound emails

      via Google Workspace, Outlook, or similar platforms with high deliverability.

    • Strong knowledge of

      inboxing best practices

      to ensure emails reach recipients’ inboxes.

    • Exceptional written English communication and copywriting skills.

    • Experience with

      cold email automation software

      (Instatly.ai, Lemlist, Woodpecker, or similar).
    • Proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.

    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

    • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace.

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Experience working with digital marketing agencies, SaaS companies, or in the e-commerce space.
    • Experience with LinkedIn B2B outreach.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM systems.

    Work Schedule

    • Remote, full-time position.
    • Flexible work hours, but availability for collaboration during U.S. business hours is preferred.
