Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential students and parents via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Counsel students on Medway’s courses, programs, and career opportunities.
  • Understand student interests and guide them in selecting the right course.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to ensure conversions and meet targets.
  • Maintain and update lead data using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Represent Medway at education fairs, webinars, and outreach programs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in counseling, sales, or business development (freshers encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working under targets.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
