Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and relationship building with potential clients in Architecture Engineering & Construction Industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Professional Services) to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage sales pipeline, track leads, and close deals.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for product sales and pipeline management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in IT industry.
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Lead Qualification, Lead Generation, Field Sales, Cold Calling, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Enterprise Software, Cloud Sales, Solution Selling.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM software

  • Bachleors in Civil / Architectural or Masters will be added benefit
