The Aveva E3D Expert will be responsible for using Aveva E3D software to model and design complex engineering projects. The role includes creating and managing 3D models, generating accurate drawings and reports, and collaborating with various engineering teams to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. Additionally, the position involves troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the Aveva E3D software, as well as providing technical support and training to team members. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Construction Planning Manager located in Bengaluru. The Senior Planning Manager will oversee project planning and execution in our Visual Planning Business Unit. Responsiblities Lead the implementation of Visual Planning , Takt Planning , CPM , Lean Pre-construction , and Last Planner System across projects. Develop and manage integrated project schedules and resource plans using digital tools and BIM-based workflows. Align Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) for robust schedule and cost control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and mitigate project risks. Drive innovation in planning processes through integration of technologies like Autodesk Tandem , laser scanning , and real-time 3D progress reporting . Engage with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored planning solutions. Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the planning team and across the organization.
