About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to enhance our sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless internal coordination to drive sales efficiency and client satisfaction. Experience with social media handling is a must, as it will be integral to our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisted sales representatives with client communication, order tracking, and documentation.
  • Prepared sales quotations, client presentations, and performance reports.
  • Followed up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems.
  • Maintained and updated client records and databases with high accuracy.
  • Coordinated with internal departments for smooth order processing, invoicing, and delivery.
  • Supported marketing initiatives, including sales campaigns and promotional events.
  • Managed and updated company social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and support lead generation.
  • Handling Social Media channels.

Key Skills / Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Skilled in handling social media platforms for business engagement and marketing.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, customer service, or social media management.
