Support the sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth sales operations
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and product presentations for clients
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and provide product or service information as needed
Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and operations for timely order processing and delivery
Help track sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management review
Manage documentation related to orders, invoices, and customer communications
Assist in organizing sales campaigns, promotional events, and client meetings
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support and service

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
3 to 7 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with sales or distribution teams
Knowledge of order management and invoicing processes
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
