JOB TITLE AND OVERVIEW TECHSHARP HYDRAULIC SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. Job Title: Sales Engineer Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Head / Director Sales Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai (with Pan India travel) About the Company TechSharp Hydraulic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company established in 2014. We specialize in the sales, service, rental, and project execution of hydraulic tools and work-saving engineering solutions. As authorized distributors of world-renowned brands like PowerTeam (USA), Alkitronic (Germany), Dual Lift-Power Climber (Germany), PTG (Germany), and NES (Israel), we cater to major sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power, Construction, and Heavy Engineering and many more all across India. Job Objective To generate revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting TechSharps hydraulic tools and engineered solutions, and offering pre-sales and after-sales support to clients in industries such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Power, Infrastructure, and Heavy Engineering. Essential Job Functions Identify and convert potential clients across assigned regions and industry sectors. Promote TechSharps range of products including: Hydraulic Cylinders & Jacks, Hydraulic Power Packs, Torque & Tensioning Tools, High-Pressure Fittings, Sockets, Custom Tools etc. Conduct client visits, product demos, technical presentations, and site assessments. Recommend suitable solutions based on technical discussions and customer needs. Coordinate with the Back Office Team to prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow-up communication Coordinate with service/technical team for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Maintain entries, daily visit reports, and monthly performance reports. Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and seminars as a TechSharp representative. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Education and Experience Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Experience: 1- 4 years in industrial/B2B sales (hydraulic tools or similar field preferred) Preferred Skills: Understanding of hydraulic systems and industrial applications Experience in dealing with Oil & Gas, Offshore, EPC, or manufacturing companies etc Strong technical acumen and communication skills Evaluation and Review Quarterly performance reviews based on: Lead generation and conversion Sales target achievement Reporting accuracy and customer satisfaction Growth path to Senior Sales Engineer or Area Sales Manager based on performance and initiative Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred.
