Job Description Sales Engineer Company: Sontech Industrial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Location: Vadodara and Ahmedabad Experience Required: 1–5 Years (Industrial/Capital Equipment Sales Preferred) Industry: Industrial Air Compressors & Compressed Air Solutions About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting our range of Kaishan make screw compressors, heatless air dryers, vacuum assist dryers, air receivers, and other compressed air solutions to industrial clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing and industrial sectors. Visit customers, understand their compressed air requirements, and propose suitable technical solutions. Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, quotations, and product presentations. Follow up with customers for ongoing inquiries, negotiations, and order finalization. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support when required. Coordinate with internal service teams for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. Understand competitor offerings and highlight the superiority of our solutions (efficiency, energy savings, performance). Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned. Maintain regular MIS reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates. Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Prior experience in sales of capital machinery, air compressors, or industrial equipment preferred. Strong technical understanding and ability to explain product benefits to customers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven with a strong customer-oriented approach. Ability to travel frequently for customer meetings.
