About the Role

Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Visit customers, understand their compressed air requirements, and propose suitable technical solutions.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, quotations, and product presentations.
Follow up with customers for ongoing inquiries, negotiations, and order finalization.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support when required.
Coordinate with internal service teams for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Understand competitor offerings and highlight the superiority of our solutions (efficiency, energy savings, performance).
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
Maintain regular MIS reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Prior experience in sales of capital machinery, air compressors, or industrial equipment preferred.
Strong technical understanding and ability to explain product benefits to customers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven with a strong customer-oriented approach.
Ability to travel frequently for customer meetings.
